Good afternoon, there is no absolutely no flaw in your service. We do not have any remarks to give, except that we had a wonderful time in Bali, thanks to you and the whole team in and around the villa. You have a great team at the villa and we can not single out one of them. Of course we had close contact with the driver, the chef and the villa manager, but all the others were also very friendly and professional. You have given us a 5* service from the moment of our inquiry till our check out. Having 3 kids, we absolutely appreciated it that one of your team went to check the rooms before we left, just to make sure we did not forget anything. We will certainly recommend you to our friends, here in Singapore and back in Europe.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at Villa Adenium. The Villa was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly, courteous and moved about the villa quietly during our stay. kids (adults too!) loved the basement...TV, pool table, table tennis, the gym and massage room all fabulous. the pool area was stunning.. View across the ocean amazing especially with the fireworks display on NYE!!

" HAD REALLY GREAT TIME "
We stayed at Villa Adenium in July 2015 and had a really great time. There were two families in our party (4 adults and 6 children aged 8, 8, 7, 6, 5 & 2) and we found the villa to be good for all ages. The kids were very well entertained with the pool toys, games room, table tennis and pool table, and the pool area and gym was great for all ages. The gym is very extensive with 3 cardio machines, boxing equipment and heavy bag, and free weights. There is a dedicated massage room with comfortable tables.
The villa is very well presented and the rooms are all large with their own TVs and DVD players.
We came to Villa Adenium after a week at a larger villa in Canggu, and with 10 people we noticed the smaller space, however there are plenty of different relaxing areas around the villa which helped a lot.
A car and driver are provided 8 hours per day, and our driver (Sugi) was extremely helpful and reliable. He was very happy to work longer hours, and had no problem strapping surfboards to the roof or waiting for us for long periods of time while we were at the beach or out for a meal.
The one downside of the villa was that the staff weren't as friendly as we have experienced in other villas in Bali - the chef is a very good cook but we found her and the service staff to be polite but in a disinterested kind of way. Not a major issue - we had everything we needed - it is just that in previous stays at other villas we have found the staff (and the Balinese people as a group) to be very warm and open and we didn't get that vibe at Adenium.
The villa is located close to some excellent dining options, such as Fat Chau, Pepenero, Sundara and the restaurants on the beach at Jimbaran (we went to 'New Bayang' which was good), but you need to drive to most places as the villa is on a very busy road.
All in all we very much enjoyed our stay at Adenium and would consider returning.

" LOVELY VILLA "
Villa Adenium is a lovely villa, with a beautiful outlook to the ocean, a large pool, great games amenities (pool, table tennis, gym). The staff led by Made were excellent. They were friendly and treated us like family. They were very responsive and flexible and agreed to any request, and helped us with any outing, trip etc. The only downside was that the villa is on a road that is not in walking distance to any places that visitors are likely to visit. However, the staff compensated by driving us at short notice to any place we wanted to go. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the villa.
